Ingredients
1 lb Pizza Dough
1 lb Chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1 Heaped tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper powder
1 no. Green bell Pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Steak seasoning
1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
2 cups + extra Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg + 1 tbsp Water
Preparation
- Step 1: Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the chicken, fry on high heat for 4-5 minutes.


- Step 2: Add salt & pepper and chopped green bell pepper and sautée for 6-8 minutes or until mostly cooked through.


- Step 3: Then add garlic powder, steak seasoning and buffalo sauce, stir to combine. Let the sauce thickens, remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.


- Step 4: Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Sprinkle the mozzarella all along the edge closest to you, scatter the chicken and buffalo sauce evenly.


- Step 5: Tightly roll up the dough into a log, making sure the sides are all pinched shut.


- Step 6: Place it seam side down in a greased baking dish. In a bowl whisk 1 egg and 1 tbsp water, brush the stromboli with egg wash and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese o top.


- Step 7: Preheat the oven @425ºF and bake the for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.


- Step 8: Serve with buffalo sauce and enjoy!!
