Watermelon Mojito

Ingredients

  • ½ cup watermelon cubes

  • 2-3 Lime slices

  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves

  • ½ tsp Black salt

  • 2 tsp powdered sugar

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 cup club soda or sprite

Garnish:

  • Fresh mint sprig

  • Watermelon slice

Preparation

  • For making watermelon mojito start by adding mint, lime slice, salt & sugar in a glass and muddle, now add cubed watermelons in the glass and muddle further to extract the juice.

  • Add ice-cubes followed by chilled club soda. Give it a gentle mix and adjust sweetness if necessary.

  • Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon slice. Sip and relish the delightful freshness of your homemade watermelon mojito, a perfect summer indulgence.
