Ingredients
1 no. Sweet Lime or Mosambi, peeled & cut in half
6-8 pcs. Mint Leaves
1 no. Lime (sliced)
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar (if needed)
Club Soda
Ice Cubes
Preparation
- Step 1: In a rock glass add sweet lime, mint leaves, sliced lime, black salt and sugar, if needs. Muddle them with a pestle until juicy and fragrant. Strain the sweet lime juice.


- Step 2: Fill a glass almost to the top with ice cubes. Pour the extracted sweet lime juice and top with club soda.


- Step 3: Garnish with lime slice and sprig of mint.


- Step 4: Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
