Remember, when crushing your graham crackers, a gentle touch is key- a fewer large bits add the perfect crunch to this melty, messy masterpiece. And of course, no s’more experience would be complete without the piece de resistance- perfectly toasted marshmallows, their golden exteriors concealing a gooey, melt in your mouth interior. To achieve that coveted golden hue, don’t forget to butter both sides of the sandwich. This step ensures a tantalizing crunch and adds a hint of buttery flavour to each bite.

Ingredients for S’mores Sandwich:
Bread: I have Used Italian sandwich bread. The regular white sandwich bread can be used or feel free to use your choice of bread.
Nutella: Spread a generous layer of Nutella for a creamy, chocolate-hazelnut touch. Opt for creamy peanut butter for a delightful twist.
Graham cracker: Sprinkle on Graham Cracker crumbs for that authentic s’mores crunch.
Chocolate: Layer on 70% Dark chocolate, allowing it to melt into decadent goodness.
Marshmallows: Layer on marshmallows- try our Homemade Marshmallow Recipe for an extra special treat or store-bought for convenience.
Storage tips:
For optimal freshness, indulge in the sandwich immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These can last up to three days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, simply reheat the sandwich either on the stovetop or in the microwave to your liking.
Ingredients
2 slices of Italian Bread
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Nutella
1 tbsp crushed Graham Cracker
1 bar 70% Dark Chocolate
3-4 pcs. Marshmallow
Preparation
- Step 1: Spread 1 tbsp butter on one side of each piece of bread. Then place them on a hot frying pan and toast them until the bottom is golden brown.


- Step 2: Then spread Nutella on one side of each piece of bread. Top one side with crushed graham cracker gently press into nutella, then chocolate. Then top the other side with marshmallows.


- Step 3: Bake in preheated oven @180°C or 350°F for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven. Now torch the marshmallows with a blow torch to get the toasty flavour of marshmallows.


- Step 4: Sandwich together, cut and serve. Enjoy!!
