Pineapple Daiquiri Recipe | Kitchenstagram
A Pineapple Daiquiri is a summer in a glass- bright, breezy and bursting with tropical flavour. This version takes the classic daiquiri and adds a splash of fresh pineapple juice for a fruity twist that’s hard to resists. It’s icy, tangy and just sweet enough to feel like a treat without being overwhelming. Whether you’re mixing a single serving or preparing a batch for friends, this cocktail is simple to pull off and delivers every time.
Made in minutes using fresh ingredients and a glass, this daiquiri is all about bold, balanced flavour. Pineapple brings juicy depth, while lime cuts through with citrusy zing. The result? A drink that’s vibrant, smooth and refreshing cold- exactly what you want on a warm day.
Skip the store-bought mixes and go with the real thing. You’ll get cleaner flavours and a much more satisfying cocktail. Just pour into glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime husk and enjoy it right away while it’s frosty and perfect.
Ingredients needed for Pineapple Daiquiri:
Pineapple Chunks: Fresh pineapple brings in natural sweetness and bold tropical flavour. Using fresh pineapple makes the daiquiri vibrant and juicy.
Rum: Rum is the star spirit here. White rum gives you a crisp, fruity finish, ideal for keeping the daiquiri light and bright. If you are feeling adventurous, try aged rum for subtle layers of vanilla and spice, or dark rum for richer, caramel-heavy depth. Coconut rum is a sweet, tropical twist that plays well with pineapple, though you may want to adjust any added sweeteners accordingly.
Fresh Lime Juice: Fresh Lime Juice brightens the drink and balances the sweetness with fresh acidity.
Simple Syrup: Who prefer a touch of sweetness, a splash of simple syrup, maple syrup or agave will do the trick. Simple syrup is easy to make, heat equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, cool and store in the fridge. Light maple syrup is great alternatives. It blends seamlessly without overpowering the drink. Agave syrup offers a mild, clean sweetness.
Ice: Ice chills the cocktail, use plenty of ice for that frosty texture.
