Ingredients
1 no. Burger bun
2 nos. Lettuce leaves
1 no. Onion (Rings)
1 no. Tomato (sliced)
1 no. Egg
2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Honey-Chili Mayo:
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Honey-Chili sauce
1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Preparation
Honey-Chili Mayo:
- Step 1: In a bowl combine together mayonnaise, honey-chili sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix them properly and keep aside.


Butter poached Egg:
- Step 2: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Then gently crack the egg into the pan.


- Step 3: Sprinkle some salt and let the egg cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes or until the white is completely set and the yolk is still liquid.


Toast the Burger Buns:
- Step 4: Slice the burger bun in half lengthwise.


- Step 5: Toast the burger bun in 1 tbsp butter, in the same pan in which the egg is poached.


Assembling the Burger:
- Step 6: Generously spread the honey-chili mayo on each side of the toasted bun. Then add lettuce leaves on one of the half.


- Step 7: Then, add some onion rings and top with a patty of Crispy Fried Oyster Mushroom.


- Step 8: Next, add some tomato slices and top with the butter poached egg.


- Step 9: Then top with the second half bun. Enjoy!
