250 gm White Button Mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 no. Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
2 nos. Jalapeño Peppers,chopped
2 nos. Tomato, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
Preparation
- Step 1: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they start to get soft. Add chopped garlic and sauté for few minutes.
- Step 2: Add chopped jalapeños and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they start to get soft. Then add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they start to get soft.
- Step 3: Add mushrooms, black pepper powder and salt to taste and mix well to integrate all ingredients.
- Step 4: Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.
- Step 5: Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve as a side dish or main dish. Enjoy!!
