Quick & Easy Lychee & Rose Milkshake | Summer Drink | Kitchenstagram

Bursting with juicy tropical flavour, this chilled Lychee Rose Milkshake is smooth, creamy and wonderfully cooling. Juicy lychee blended into chilled milk creates a creamy drink with a light floral twist from rose syrup. The delicate floral sweetness pairs perfectly with icy milk for a quick drink that feels light yet satisfying. Ready in minutes, it’s a simple treat tat feels both cooling and satisfying while bringing out the delicate flavour of fresh lychee.

Ingredients

  • 10-15 nos. Lychee Fruit

  • 1 cup Milk, chilled

  • 2 tbsp Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds, soaked

  • Rose Syrup

  • Ice Cubes

Preparation

  • Step 1: Remove the peel of the lychee fruit and deseed them. In a blender add lychee and sugar and a little water. Blend into a smooth puree.
  • Step 2: In a glass, add rose syrup, ice cubes, lychee puree and chilled milk. Top with soaked chia seeds and garnish with fresh lychee.
  • Step 3: Serve immediately and enjoy!!
