Java Plum Mojito | Black Jamun Mojito

Ingredients

  •         ½ cup fresh java plum, deseeded

    ·        2 tbsp sugar

    ·        ¼ tsp salt

    ·        ¼ tsp black salt

    ·        1 tsp chat masala

    ·        1 no. Lemon juice

    ·        100 ml Soda 

    ·        Ice cubes as required

Garnish

  •         Whole Java plum

Preparation

  • Wash the java plum properly and deseed them.
  • In a blender jar add deseeded jamun, salt, black salt, sugar, chat masala, lemon juice and blend to a smooth puree.
  • In a glass put some ice and jamun puree
  • Top the glass with soda water filling it to your preference level. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Garnish with fresh java plum and serve the java plum mojito immediately and enjoy its invigorating taste and refreshing flavours.
