Ingredients

For Chocolate Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

For Basil Seed:

  • 2 tsp Basil Seeds

  • 1 cup Water

For Chocolate Milk:

  • 1 cup Full Cream Milk

  • 2 tbsp Coco powder

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

For Chocolate Falooda:

  • 1/2 cup Falooda Sev

  • Chocolate Sauce, as required

  • Bloomed Basil Seeds, as required

  • Chocolate Milk

  • 2-3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 tbsp Almond, chopped

  • Chocolate Chips

  • Gems chocolate, for garnishing

Preparation

For Chocolate Sauce:

  • Step 1: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate and cream. Microwave for 1 minute, then remove and stir well. If the chocolate hasn’t fully melted, microwave for another 30 seconds and continue stirring until you achieve a lump-free chocolate sauce.

For Basil Seed:

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine basil seeds and water. Keep aside for 30 minutes to bloom.

For Chocolate Milk:

  • Step 3: In a pot combine milk, coco powder, chopped dark chocolate and brown sugar, boil for 5-6 minutes. Cool down completely and refrigerate for 1 hour or till they turn chilled completely.

For Chocolate Falooda:

  • Step 4: In a tall glass, drizzle some chocolate syrup and add 2 tbsp falooda sev.
  • Step 5: Add 2 tbsp soaked basil or sabja seeds and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Step 6:  Then add some chopped almond and chocolate milk as required.
  • Step 7: Now slowly place one scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle generous amount of chocolate sauce.
  • Step 8: Garnish with chocolate chips and gems chocolate.
  • Step 9: Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
