Ingredients

Chicken Nugget Mixture:

  • 250 gm chicken (minced)

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 1 tsp Paprika powder

  • 1 tsp Blackpepper powder

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1-2 tbsp Bread crumbs

  • Salt to taste

  • 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese

Coating:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Blackpepper powder

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 2 cups Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Then add mayonnaise and bread crumb and mix everything properly.

  • Apply a lit bit of oil in your palm and then grab a handful of ground chicken and flatten the the ground chicken , place a cube of cheese in the center and wrap the ground chicken around it.

  • Then form it into a chicken nugget shape. Set aside.

  • In a bowl add egg, salt an pepper powder and beat the egg properly. Set aside.

  • Take the chicken nuggets and coat with flour, then dip in egg and cover with breadcrumb.

  • Heat oil in a cooking pot, when it reached a temperature of about 350°F, begin frying in batches, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.

  • Cook until chicken nugget turn light golden brown on one side, then turn them carefully to ensure that both sides are thoroughly cooked and fried. Remove them to a kitchen tissue.

  • Serve chicken nuggets hot with your favourite sauce or dips or fries.
