Quick & Easy Lychee & Rose Milkshake | Summer Drink | Kitchenstagram

Juicy lychee blended into chilled milk creates a creamy drink with a light floral twist from rose syrup. The delicate floral sweetness pairs perfectly with icy milk for a quick drink that feels light yet satisfying. Ready in minutes, it’s a simple treat tat feels both cooling and satisfying while bringing out the delicate flavour of fresh lychee.
Ingredients
10-15 nos. Lychee Fruit
1 cup Milk, chilled
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Chia seeds, soaked
Rose Syrup
Ice Cubes
Preparation
- Step 1: Remove the peel of the lychee fruit and deseed them. In a blender add lychee and sugar and a little water. Blend into a smooth puree.
- Step 2: In a glass, add rose syrup, ice cubes, lychee puree and chilled milk. Top with soaked chia seeds and garnish with fresh lychee.
- Step 3: Serve immediately and enjoy!!
