Ingredients

For Chicken Marination:

  • 2 nos. Chicken Breasts, skinless & boneless

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder

  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder

  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

  • 1/2 cup Hung curd

  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste

For Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 nos. Boiled Egg White

  • 50 gm Amul Processed Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp Milk

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced

For Iffa Chicken:

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • Marinated Chicken

  • Prepared Cheese Sauce

  • Handful of Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  • Step 1: Lay the chicken breast between a plastic sheet – an optional but neat step. Then pound the chicken breasts using a rolling pin or a meat pounder until they are between 1/8 and 1/4-inch thick. This method ensures even cooking and tender result.
  • Step 2: Season the chicken all over with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder, message well. Marinate with turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, freshly squeezed lemon juice, hung curd and ginger-garlic paste. Leave the chicken to marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Step 3: In a grinder jar, combine egg white, Amul cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, butter, olive oil and garlic, blend it well until smooth.
  • Step 4: In a pan, melt butter and add the chicken carefully. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes.
  • Step 5: Apply the sauce all over and cover and cook on low heat for a minute. Turn off the flame.
  • Step 6: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with naan, paratha or roti. Enjoy!!
